The EP was released December 23rd, 2005, and was sold in the extremely limited edition print count of about 2000 hard copies (silver pressed CDs). It has since been coined "Out Of Print", and is no longer being distributed by the remaining band members. As they have personally chosen to continue making music, but abandon the Midnight Panic name.

The EP only sold to about 1000 or less fans, and can no longer be purchased from the band's now defunct website, as the band broke up in mid July, of 2007. And the remaining members have no intention of re-releasing the EP, nor continuing Midnight Panic without Chavez.

It is now estimated that around only 1000 hard copies of the EP exist, worldwide. Making it an extreme rarity, and extremely difficult to find due to the band's decision to no longer sell the remaining 1000 EP's to fans, due to their departure, in 2007.
