Today the ONEFA is divided into three categories: Liga Mayor, Liga Intermedia and Liga Juvenil. The most important one is the Liga Mayor, whose championships are organized into three conferences: the Big Six, the Central Conference, and the National Conference.

Teams

The following teams have participated in the Big 10 Conference (created in 1991). In 2005 the Conference was renamed the Big 12, adding 2 more teams to the championship. In 2008 the league was divided in 3 Conferences and the Big 12 Conference became Big 6 and Central Conference.
