The racial makeup of the CDP was 84.56% White, 1.58% African American, 0.10% Native American, 10.61% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 0.69% from other races, and 2.44% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.02% of the population.

There were 14,374 households out of which 36.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.3% were married couples living together, 6.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.1% were non-families. 18.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.70 and the average family size was 3.05.

The population was spread out with 25.4% under the age of 18, 4.0% from 18 to 24, 23.5% from 25 to 44, 31.1% from 45 to 64, and 16.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 43 years. For every 100 females, there were 92.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 88.5 males.
