MACH S.à.r.l is a provider of mobile roaming and related wholesale data clearing, financial clearing & settlement, interconnect billing, mobile content billing, revenue assurance, fraud management, messaging and EDI services, primarily serving the mobile communications industry.

MACH is headquartered in Luxembourg. Regional offices and support centers are located in Brazil, Denmark, Germany, India, Russia, Singapore, UAE, USA and UK, supporting a global customer base of approximately 650 mobile network operators as well as several hundred mobile messaging customers and approximately 4000 EDI and e-procurement customers.

History

Originally part of the Millicom group, Multinational Automated Clearing House (MACH) was established as an independent company in 1987. Merger and acquisition activity has included the merger with Dannet in 2004, and subsequent mergers and acquisitions included End2End (2006); Cibernet (2007); Gatetrade (2007); RSB (2008) and Optel (2011).
