Lux Park Leisure Centre is a leisure centre in the town of Liskeard

 which also serves the surrounding area. The centre began in the 1970s as an outdoor swimming pool but has since been enlarged and has since won an award.

Facilities

Facilities at Lux Park include: a fitness suite; a dance studio and multi purpose room; a sports hall; tennis and squash courts; an indoor bowling green; a health suite including a spa, steam room and sauna; and a coffee shop which has recently achieved the gold Cornwall Healthier Eating and Food Safety (CHEFS) award.http://www.cornwall.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=15683

Lux Park Leisure Centre also hosts a large number of fitness classes run by qualified staff and it also runs several national courses including the NPLQ
