Participation

Participants can enter as an individual or as part of a four person team. The Challenge is also split into two levels, with participants choosing either ‘Chase’ or ‘Epic.’ 'Chase' includes a 5 km walk/run/jog and a 15 km cycle and 'Epic' involves a 10 km walk/jog/run and a 25 km cycle. There are also skill and mind challenges and the event concludes with an assault course.
