Leslie L. Vadász (born 1936 in Budapest, Hungary) is a Hungarian-American engineer and manager, one of the founding members of Intel Corporation.
He moved to the United States in 1961, first working for Fairchild Semiconductor. He joined Intel Corporation when it was founded in 1968, he retired in 2003 as an executive vice president of the company. He was the fourth employee of Intel, hired directly by Andrew Grove. He was the manager of the team that designed the first computer microprocessor, the Intel 4004. He has been an innovator and strategic leader throughout Intel's history.
