's oceans and Khany's disappearance lead Yoko and Poky into a submerged Vinean city which is ruled by a despotic queen, Hégora. A strange male naming himself an Archangel helps the two girls in trying to find Khany. A silent battle for the city's population is raging between the queen and the Archangels, and Yoko finds herself once again a central figure in her toughest moralic struggle yet: Queen Hegora proves to be a merciless despot, but without a queen the underwater city cannot survive. The only way to help both sides would to be to place a new queen on the throne ... but who is trustworthy enough for that role?
