Adaptics

Adaptics is a script-able system which expands the internal course delivery of LearnForce. The implementation allows for adaptive learning paths where courses dynamically add, pass or remove content based on a learner's refresher assessments or previous course results. During refresher periods a reduction in training time is possible for individual learners by targeting their specific knowledge gaps.

The Adaptics system also allows learning sytles based on individual preference. Courses adapt to learning styles which determine favorable delivery for an individual learner. Options include variations to text (such as full text or dot points), visual content and audio. Options for language preference in audio or text is another possibility.
