Konrad H. Christ

Konrad Hermann Heinrich Christ (1833–1933), often known in citations as just "Christ" or "H. Christ", was a Swiss pteridologist botanist who specialized in ferns. He was a lecturer and professor of botany at Basel, Switzerland. The fern genus Christella
is named in his honour.

Christella is a genus of around 50 species of ferns. Likely named after Konrad H. Christ, a Swiss botanist. The distribution of these plants is mostly in the tropics and sub tropical areas. An Australian example is C. dentata....
is named in his honour.
