 in Davidson, North Carolina. The building was constructed in 1980 and includes 24 double rooms and 6 single rooms on 2 floors. The first floor includes a student lounge. Knox is one of the three buildings, along with Akers and Irwin, that create what is commonly referred to as the "sophomore apartments" by Davidson students, despite the fact that none of the buildings are actually apartments. Knox is located on Patterson Court, Davidson's circular road that includes the college's fraternities and eating houses, directly across from Warner Hall and Sigma Alpha Epsilon
