Kim Iverson

Kim Iverson is an American radio personality best known as the host of the nationally syndicated radio program, "Your Time with Kim Iversen", heard on many radio stations across the country. She is one of few notable women to have achieved national syndication in the radio broadcast industry. She is partially of Asian American heritage and, as frequently noted on the program, is single.

 program oriented toward women, although much of the talk is broken up between songs, most of which follow a hot adult contemporary format. The music is mostly bundled with the program on the satellite feed, but affiliates have the option to substitute their own music to suit their format.

Segments heard on Iverson's program include:
  • Interviews with celebrities and experts.
  • The Mascara Monologues, a Friday night segment featuring a panel of women who discuss issues and answer questions from listeners.
  • The Why Chromosome, a similar segment featuring a panel of men.
  • Metaphyscial Mondays, a segment feature psychics, astrologers, numerologists, mediums and the like. (Formerly Psychic Thursdays)
  • Lifeline, a segment with certified relationship or medical experts who give listeners advice.


Listeners are encouraged to call in to most segments (except during the interviews).

The show is produced at the studios of Entercom-owned KAMX-FM in Austin from 6PM-11PM Central Time. KAMX carries the show from 7PM-Midnight, the last hour being a tape delay of the first hour. The show is sent live to United Stations' operations center in New York City
