 as an intern in 2002, Kevin moved through several jobs at the station before landing on the air in 2005. In 2007 he was paired up with his brother to create The Manno Program. Together, Ryan and Kevin used their platform to bring their passion of new music to the masses. In addition to their work on the air, they created a great deal of video content for the internet, which is eventually what got Kevin discovered by MTV

In February 2011, the show saw the departure of Julie Alexandria and took on a new identity as a single-host show with Kevin assuming a much more personable role. While changes like this as well as a much larger studio and the addition of more live musical performances made a slight increase in the ratings, MTV
