KCSO is carried by most local cable TV systems and Dish Network, but is not yet provided by DirecTV.

The station attempted a local news service ("Noticiero 33") following its launch. The half hour local news program had a small viewership and ended its broadcast after 5 years of service. KCSO carries all programming from the Telemundo network (located in Hialeah, FL), which is part of the NBC Universal family.

The station is currently broadcasting a digital signal on channel 3 with virtual subchannels of Telemundo on 33.1 and Me-TV on 33.2.
