History

The station was assigned the call letters KZVE on 1991-04-15. On 1993-01-15, the station changed its call sign to KONJ, on 1993-07-09 to KXTN, on 1997-03-01 to KPOZ, on 1999-01-15 to KXTN, and on 2005-03-01 to the current KAHL.

As of December 2008, KAHL is now on the FM dial at 103.7 FM. The last time an Easy Listening Format was on the air on FM Radio was back in the early 80s as KITE-FM 104.5 now classic rocker KZEP 104.5. 103.7's previous format was Classic Rock.
