He associated with publication of erstwhile Shashtra Vicharam monthly and MES journal Voice of Islam. His column "Media Scan" in malayalam weekly Madhyamam is popular among serious malayalam media watchers. "Media scan" also published in book format. He published Essays and articles on media issues.
