The Journal is edited and published entirely by students at Florida State University College of Law. It is managed by an Executive Board populary elected annually by the members. There are six positions on the Board: one Editor-In-Chief, two Executive Editors, one Articles Selection Editor, one Associate Editor, and one Administrative Editor.

The Executive Board for the 2010-11 academic year was composed of:
Editor-In-Chief - Melanie Leitman

Article Selection Editor - Eyal Sharon
Administrative Editor - Louise St. Laurent
