José Vicente Arcenio de Obaldía y Orejuela (19 July 1806 – 28 December 1889) was a Neogranadine statesmen and lawyer, who served as President of the Republic of the New Granada in two occasions between 1851–1852 and 1854-1855. He was also a key figure in the Panamanian struggle for independence and his son José Domingo de Obaldía
