 in 1767. Died in the same city in 1847. Chilean politician and aristocrat. Son of Nicholas de la Cerda y Sanchez de Barreda and Nicolasa de Santiago Concha y Lobaton.

Biography

Embraced the cause of independence, but from the moderate. Participated in the Board of Governors September 18, 1810.
He was a member of the First National Congress on July 4, 1811, as deputy for Santiago.
