. He is currently representing 9/11 suspect Mustafa Ahmed Al-Hawsawi at the military commissions at Guantanamo Bay. During the arraignment of the 9/11 accused, Jackson accused the alleged mastermind of 9/11, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed of intimidating his client. Major Jackson argued for and received a separate hearing for Mr. Al-Hawsawi.
