, the conference will move to the Phoenix, Arizona area in 2011. It features presentations given by authors, researchers, experts, enthusiasts, and those who have witnessed paranormal or anomalous phenomena from all over the world. It also provides a forum to discuss the experiences and findings. This week long event usually has over 30 Speakers, a Film Festival, tons of vendors and experiencer sessions. This has become the conference of the year that people look forward to going to and networking with researchers while reconnecting with friends. Topics generally covered are abduction, UFO sightings, UFO crashes, crop circles, paranormal experiences, government conspiracy and much more.

As part of the process to archive and distribute this information there is also an online store that has over 700 dvds, all containing every presentation ever done since 1991.

Congress History

UFO congress was owned by the Brown family who in 2010 turned over the conference to Open Minds Production.
