Current concept

 announced the extension of the Intermarché brand to all their subsidiaries, except Netto. Now Intermarche decline is based on the sales floor, as well as its location.

 under several brands, as well as the existing Intermarche stores have been divided into several groups:

Intermarche Hyper for larger stores, Intermarche Super, which comes in two forms: general - (the current model) and food, which will be used for most current Intermarche's; While outlets installed in the city center will be named Intermarche Express and existing ones will become Intermarche Contact .

However, in order to have the support of the Mousquetaires group to change their brand, members will need to change Ecomarché and their retail outlets with the new concepts.

In 2007, Intermarché had 1,474 supermarkets throughout France.

These totaled to 2,660,000 m² of Intermarché supermarkets.
