Humble Beginnings
Inkognito men's in the Riverview Saturday Competition was the first team to be formed under the banner of Inkognito, this occurred in Spring season towards the end of 1999. After the end of the players finishing up in the high school league as the Hornets. The first few seasons in men's and under a new name, Inkognito struggled to find form and a regular roster, with the team changing faces many times throughout the season. In those 3 early seasons Inkognito had limited success and just scraped in to make it to the finals in each season except 2000 spring, but lost in the first round each time. In such short period Inkognito had fielded around 20 different players. Some of those being, Joshua Wood, Quade Kempton, Alejandro Soto, Matt Kenworthy, Aaron Slack, Chris Barber, David Barr, David Fiorina, Adam Keshwar, Scott Diprose, Ross Williams, Samath Chan, Shane and Ryan Simms, Luke Marai and Joachim Lee.

A New Era
After only winning one game in the 2000 spring competition, Inkognito then decided to take to a new face and freshen up its image. Quade rejoined the team fulltime. Also we took on two rookies to the men's league from a 3 time champion high school team. Nathan Wood and Michael Reeve added a new spark and focus to the team, added to the size of the Big Fela . along with Veteran Josh Wood, and the previous seasons inexperienced on coming players Ryan Goodyear, David Fiorina, David Barr.
This lineup was built for success and they did just that, only losing 3 games for the entire 2001 Winter Competition, which setup up a showdown between the now defunked Sane? team, who was a favorite rival. This rivalry always brought out the best from both teams. Inkognito's dream season was complete, winning that Grand final in men's C grade. Nathan won the Grandfinal MVP and League MVP, with Josh and Quade finishing 2nd and 3rd in the final league MVP standings.
2001 Spring was a different season, the same lineup bar Ryan Goodyear moved to a higher division that being Men's B, The success wasn't the same, we made the semi finals but lost to a much harder and faster team. Joshua won the League MVP in that season.
Modern Day
The start of the 2002 winter season was tough as we still were playing in Men's B, after losing champion players Quade, Michael and David Barr. We picked up PJ Fiorina and Andrew Binks who had never played before and also Guy Rosewell from the Titans. The team started the season losing on a streak of 6 straight games, before Nathan and Josh pushed there averages up to 20pt figures, and David Fiorina went from 1 or 2 pts to double figures, we then went and won the next 9 straight to make the Grand final, but lost to a bigger and more experienced team, EMPIRE who had John Moon. Joshua won the Grand final MVP of this season and Nathan won the league MVP.
2002 Spring short season was an exciting one in Men's B, The lineup changed yet again, with Quade retiring from the squad, and PJ and Andrew deciding the level of play was a little to tuff. We needed another big guy and a couple of guards so it was decided to obtain Ben Edwards from the Sorcerers 2 and the Knights in the High school league. Also we got a superstar player from the High school league named Trent Horwood. Also we got his cousin Steve Fontana to replace Andrew and PJ in the back court. To add to Nathan, Josh, David and Guy. We finished third due injuries to veteran Josh and superstar Trent. Nathan and David Fiorina carried the team to the Grand final where Trent and Josh rejoined the team starting on the bench. Trent once on the floor dominated the game, scoring 14 pts, dishing out a stack of assists and a bunch of blocks and steals. He performed to his earlier expectations, after a injury riddled season. He was named grand final MVP, and Nathan was named League MVP and Inkognito won the Men's B grade Grand final.
Year 2003
The team lost Superstar guard Trent Horwood through a recuring knee injury, Several time MVP Nathan Wood and championship player Guy Rosewell. After such losses it was hard to redevelop a team virtually from stratch, but the main core was still intact, that being David Fiorina and Josh Wood. Inkognito managed to get Ryan Uphill a big time player from the Highschool league team NWO. Also the team picked up 2001 championship players Quade and Michael. This added to 2002 championship players Steve and Ben, this team was bound to have some success. The team won the Mens A reserve championship in both the winter and spring competitions, finalising the 3 peat.
Year 2004
Was a tough year the team had stuck together and is still on a quest for the ellusive Mens A championship. In the winter the team had limited succes in Mens A. But the junior mens team won the grandfinal with Nathan Wood as coach. In the spring competition MVP player Nathan Wood resumed playing the club after a stint running his own team and then having knee surgery. This team had it all, the line up was Quade, Joshua, David, Nathan, Ryan Uphill and Steve. The team finished runners up in Mens A grade and some of the team was part of the runner up Junior Mens team, playing in both teams took a toll on the junior mens star players, Nathan, Josh and David.
