. It is an online retailer for books, electronics, and automobiles in India. Infibeam.com was started in 2007. The company is headquarterd in Ahmedabad, has offices in Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, and has a total of 300 employees.

In 2008, Infibeam created a student support site known as presentsir.com. Later, they acquired Picsquare.com, a photo printing website based in Bangalore. In August 2010, Infibeam.com launched www.infibeam.us for the US consumers. Infibeam also launched an EBook reader, Infibeam Pi, its successor Pi2, and a media device, Infibeam Phi.

In Sept, 2010, Infibeam was rated as one of the Top 5 Digital Brands in the e-commerce category by a survey of the Economic Times

and does not have any backlight in order to prevent glare / strain on eyes. So in order to read at nights one would need an external source of light. They support all major official Indian Languages. Infibeam Pi was launched in 2010. It was the first eBook reader launched by an Indian Company.

Pi2

In 2011, Infibeam launched the second version of its eBook readers and named it Pi2. Pi2 is a touchscreen device and has wireless connectivity. Infibeam also followed up the Pi2 with an Android tablet called Phi .
