Ilitch Holdings subsidiaries manage Fox Theater (Detroit), City Theater (Detroit), Comerica Park, Cobo Arena at Cobo Center, the Joe Louis Arena and the abandoned Tiger Stadium. Ilitch Holdings, Inc. is headquarterd in the historic Fox Theater Building in Detroit, Michigan. Ilitch Holdings portfolio of abandoned properties in downtown Detroit include the Madison-Lenox Hotel, Adams Theater, Fine Arts Building, Moose Lodge Building, Grand Army of the Republic (G.A.R.) Building, United Artists, Detroit Life Building, Blenheim Building, making them one of downtown Detroit's largest abandoned property owners. The combined total revenues for these privately held businesses were reportedly more than $1 billion in 2005 and in 2006 had grown to $1.5 billion.
Christopher Ilitch, one of the pair's seven children, is CEO & president of Ilitch Holdings. Michael and Marian are Chairman and Vice Chairwoman respectively.
The family has established Ilitch Children's Charities (ICC) which, among other things, awards annually the "Little Caesars" AAA Hockey Scholarships.
