Biography

Immature was formed in Los Angeles, California in 1992 by Marques "Batman" Houston, Jerome "Romeo" Jones
Young Rome
Jerome Isaac Jones , better known by his stage name Romeo/Young Rome, is an American rapper, singer and actor. He is a former member of R&B singing group Immature/IMx and released his solo debut album, Food for Thought, in 2004....

 and Don "Half-Pint" Santos. Santos was eventually replaced by Kelton "LDB" Kessee (the group's drummer) in 1993 due to his parents pulling him out of the group. Kessee remained a full-time member of the group. Immature eventually felt that their band name was no longer a fitting description to describe them as people or musicians. In 1999, they changed their name to IMx.

After IMx

In 2002, the group disbanded. Houston and Jones (under the name Young Rome
