H2 offers over 200 hours of original programming; the network's current program schedule consists of reruns of documentary programming previously seen on sister channel History primarily from the mid-2000s onward, but not including the channel's reality television

Rebrand

On September 26, 2011, History International was rebranded as H2, with the new slogan "More 2 History". The newly branded channel will air new original programs, such as the special The Universe: Beyond the Big Bang, as well as new episodes of the History series The Universe
