Players may control Arnold, Helga (through a secret code), Gerald, Grandpa, and Grandma, which all are assigned their own levels with their own objectives. Plot

Just like the film's plot, Arnold and Gerald must save the neighborhood from an industrialist named Scheck, who wishes for his mall to be built in the area.

Arnold's Neighborhood

  • 1-1: Arnold must gather up his friends to see what is going on.
  • 1-2: Arnold gives Gerald 30 flyers and must deliver 18 of them to pointed out mail boxes.
  • 1-3: Gerald is late for the concert the Arnold started to protest towards Scheck. Help him get there.
  • 1-4: Grandma has been arrested, while trying to reach her in the truck, Arnold runs into Scheck's bodyguard, the first boss he must fight.

Nick's Living Room

  • 2-1: Grandpa has lost pictures for Arnold's help. Arnold must look for them in the boarding house.
  • 2-2: Gerald must find the long ago article about he golden tomato in a building.
  • 2-3: Gerald must find Bridget for spy gear in a warehouse.
  • 2-4: To find the document in the FTi building, Arnold must receive a key which is in possession of Scheck's laid back guards Nick. Defeat the lazy bum to receive it.

The Sewers

  • 3-1: Grandpa needs to plant dynamite underground, first off he must find the secret tunnels.
  • 3-2: Help Grandpa plant the explosives in the five correct areas of the tunnels.
  • 3-3: Grandma is on another escape attempt from jail.
  • 3-4: Grandma on her escape runs into the chief of police, Defeat him and escape.

FTi Building

  • 4-1: Gerald must sneak to the secret book case, where inside holds the many file cabinets holding the document.
  • 4-2: Gerald must sneak by guards to collect all 5 pages of the document. Don't get caught, or you will lose a page.
  • 4-3: Scheck has burnt the document, Arnold has a plan to bust him before construction begins. Reach the security room, and grab the video tape for that area.
  • 4-4: Arnold has run into the Head of Security. Defeat him and avoid his guard dog in the battle. The dog makes everything much more harder.

City Streets

  • 5-1: Arnold must escape the FTi building and meet up with Gerald.
  • 5-2: It's a race to town on a bus, with the driver out cold, its up to Gerald to drive it.
  • 5-3: They made it to town. Arnold must climb up to the top of the building where the giant TV stands and play the video tape.
  • 5-4: The player must find and confront Scheck. You know what this means. (This level can be accessed with the code "fXc-bz1Sl
