They are called also Lord and Lord Edward Francis Howard is one person and the youngest son of the 22nd Earl of Arundel, married Mary Chowan, he was sent to America abt 1646 and help founded Norfolk, Virginia, he is the only son that did not receive a title. I am his grand daughter and he is my seventh grandfather, had issue.
