Gwynfor Matthews Prosser (born 27 April 1943) is a British

politician, who was Member of Parliament
(MP) for Dover
from 1997
to 2010.
. He went to Dunvant Secondary Modern School, then to Swansea Technical School. At Swansea Technical College he got a National Diploma in mechanical engineering.
