G&G Entertainment was founded by George Cappellini Sr. in 2004 with the mission to consult major record labels and musicians in the radio world. "Sr." now consults majors label rock promotion departments such as Roadrunner

. In 2009, his son George Cappellini Jr. joined the company full time after beginning his career in the music industry as an administrative assistant at Columbia Records

George Jr. discovered Pop Evil
in 2007 as a local band making major noise on WGRD 97.9 in Grand Rapids, MI. He worked with the band to develop a presentable demo disc for "Sr" to hear and when presented to “Sr” for the first time in 2007, George Sr. instantly recognized Pop Evil’s raw talent and fell in love with their sound. Along with George Jr., the father son team decided to take Pop Evil under their wing and subsequently helped them land a major record deal with Universal Republic
in 2009 after being upstreamed from Pazzo Music (Fontana Distribution)(2009). This was the first act signed to management under G&G Entertainment.
In 2009, George Jr., was introduced to Richy Nix
through music director/night jock Jay Hudson at 89X(Detroit, MI). Richy Nix’s single “In My Head” was one of the most played songs for 89X in 2009. Through G&G’s involvement, Richy Nix was also able to land a major record with Universal Republic
in August 2009.
Language Room is newest act to join G&G Entertainment, signed in November 2009. Matt Noveskey

, discovered the band in Austin, TX and also produced their record. The record was mixed by Chuck Alkazian(Pearl Sound Studios).
In addition to founding G&G Entertainment, George Cappellini Sr. is also Co-President of Pazzo Music (http://www.pazzomusic.com)[Pazzo Music], an independent record label that specializes in the development and recruitment of up and coming rock artisits. George Jr. does the A&R and artist development for the label.
