He worked with the band to develop a presentable demo disc for "Sr" to hear and when presented to “Sr” for the first time in 2007, George Sr. instantly recognized Pop Evil’s raw talent and fell in love with their sound. Along with George Jr., the father son team decided to take Pop Evil under their wing and subsequently helped them land a major record deal with Universal Republic
