He attends year 8 at Eltham College of Education with best friend Elliot Lawry and Jarrah Waites. He also attended Warranwood Primary School (best school ever), where his younger brother and sister, Blake and Holly, go and where his mother Jacinta O'Leary works as the Performing Arts teacher. Fletcher also had two best friends Emily Watson and amber Clarke they met at Eltham college in year seven and have been best friends since they started.
