Fatty Arbuckle's American Diners is an American themed restaurant chain in the UK founded by Pete Shotton. The chain was prominent in the 1980s, but has since declined. It focused on large portions at cheap prices. It was named after the silent movie comedian Roscoe Arbuckle, known as "Fatty".

Over the past ten years Fatty Arbuckle's removed "Fatty" from its name and saw a huge decline in the number of restaurants in operation, eventually falling into obscurity.

There is now only one Arbuckles restaurant in the United Kingdom. It is located at Downham Market
