Following the pattern in G12 churches, FCBC is led by Apostle Lawrence Khong and Rev Nina Khong, who together head 12 Teams consisting of 12 couples.
FCBC conducts multiple services at two locations: TOUCHCENTRE (TC), a 1,400-seater building and TOUCH Community Theatre (TCT), a 1,000-seater building.

FCBC has a community arm, TOUCH Community Services (TCS).
