Etoile Ultras

Founded in March 2010 by Bruno, Yann and Pierre (an Olympique de Marseille ULTRA since 1987), the Ultras have grown from a 3 French men tag-team to a squad of more than 10 fans - local and French.

The Ultras are proud to be the FIRST fan club to come out with their own merchandise (T-Shirt, Scarf, Club Badge and Banners). The Ultras are also the first non-drumming fan club in S-League. However, drums were used on 9th June 2010 when Etoile beat Tampines Rovers 4-0 in front of a 2056 crowd. They were also caught in the drumming act on 8th April 2011 in front of a LIVE TV Audience, where they lost 2-1 to Tampines Rovers.

The Etoile Ultras are currently headed by Pierre, Bruno and Joel. The youngest committee member is Baby Louis, who is the son of Pierre.
Their motto is "We support Queenstown Stars FC whether they win or lose".
Their official blog is http://etoilefcfans.blogspot.com/ and their twitter is @etoilefcfans.

The Etoile Ultras became the first fan club to have a twitter account updating on the team's development. This sentence was contradicted by the fact that their first blog post came on the 9th February 2011 while Hougang United fans’ first blog post was up on the 23rd January 2011.

The @etoilefcfans twitter account made history on 17 February 2011 when they tweeted 'live' the whole game of Geylang United vs Etoile FC in a S-League clash at the Bedok Stadium. This is the first time in S-League history that a whole S-League game was tweeted live on Twitter by an independant fan club.
The Etoile Ultras are also currently the only fan-club to be tweeting on live updates on games that Etoile FC is involved. Courts Young Lions and Albirex Niigata (S) twitter account are managed by the event company and management of the respective clubs.
