Biography

He moved to the U.S. and taught German language courses. Muenter opposed the U.S.'s supplying of armaments to Germany's enemies in World War I. On July 2, 1915, at 11:40 PM, a bomb exploded in the Senate reception room of the Capital Dome in Washington, D.C. The next day, Muenter shot J. P. Morgan, Jr.
