Eoin Mullen (born 24 January 1966 in Dublin) was an Irish soccer player during the 1980s and 1990s.
He played for UCD, Home Farm F.C., Shamrock Rovers, Bohemians, Kilkenny City F.C., Dundalk, Drogheda United, Athlone Town and Dublin City F.C. during his career in the League of Ireland. He was a tough tackling central defender or midfielder.
He made his League of Ireland debut for UCD against Sligo on the 28th of October 1984. He signed for Rovers in 1986 but failed to make a first team appearance and soon signed for Home Farm.
He signed back for Rovers in 1993 and won the league scoring 3 times in 30 league appearances.
