Environmental Law and Policy Center

The Environmental Law and Policy Center is a Midwest environmental advocacy organization. It focuses on clean energy, public transportation, and land use. The Center was largely responsible for drafting and successfully advocating the Illinois Energy Efficient Commercial Building Act. It has blocked the development of numerous tollways which it believed to be environmentally unfriendly.
