Endang Witarsa

Drg. Endang Witarsa aka Liem Soen Joe or Liem Sun Yu (1916-2 April 2008), former Indonesian National Soccer (PSSI) Coach and former national team player.

Witarsa trained as a dentist, but soon discovered as a young man that his passion lay with soccer. He joined UMS in 1948 as a halfback. When he hung up his shoes in 1951, he became one of Indonesia's greatest coaches.
