Daniel arrived at The Mill in July 2007. An experienced doctor and very attractive, he has proven a hit with his patients and with the ladies. Not so much of a long term planner, Daniel likes to live in the moment and generally tends to have fun first and think about the consequences of his actions later.
Gambling Addiction
On arrival, Daniel was clearly hiding some dangerous secrets. After stealing a wad of cash from his former Practice partner in London, he used the money to clear part of a £200.000 debut he had run up as a result of an out of control gambling addiction. Not content on facing up to his problem, his addiction spiralled out of control when he came face to face with a couple of criminals who he owed money to. They kept Dr. Melody Bell and Dr. Joe Fenton hostage as bate to lure Daniel into repaying them. After the ordeal, Daniel came to terms with his addiction and turned himself into the police. He was later faced with a tribunal and the possibilityof being struck-off.
