The Dominion’s Head Office is in Toronto, Ontario and the company has various offices across Canada. The Dominion’s first president was Canada's first Prime Minister Sir John A. Macdonald. The Chief Executive Officer is George Cooke, who has been with the company since 1992. Cooke sits on numerous boards and supports a number of charities.

Cooke’s involvement in philanthropy mirrors the Dominion’s longstanding tradition of giving back to the community in which they work and do business. As a supporter of grassroots curling, in 2009, the company created the first championship for club curlers in Canada known as The Dominion Curling Club Championship.

In July 2010, the Dominion launched a website dedicated to helping Ontario drivers understand their car insurance.
