Delhi Private School Sharjah, is affiliated to CBSE New Delhi. Established in 2000, the first Delhi Public School, in Mathura Road,on Delhi has become a center for teaching both boys and girls. Built on approximately 582,000 square feet plot with state of the art facilities, the school is located in the school zone in Sharjah industrial area No 16.

Education

The school offers education from UKG to class XII.DPS Sharjah has introduced the unique Comprehensive Learning Program (CLP). The school follows the CBSE System. There are Formative (FA) and Summative assesments (SA) in the academic year.

Primary and Senior wing

• The primary wing of the school consists of students from KG-2 TO Grade-5.
• The senior wing has students from Grade-6 to Grade-12.

• Sports and Games-: There are Swimming Pools, Multipurpose Auditorium for badminton and table tennis, Lush Green Flood Lit Cricket Ground, Acrylic Basketball Ground, Volley Ball Court and Stage.
• Other facilities-:The two clinics at DPS managed by a doctor and 3 nurses. The clinics are equipped to meet emergencies. Regular health check-up of students is done and a record is maintained. Parents are informed if the nurse finds that a child needs special medical attention.
• Books of all classes and articles of stationery can be purchased from the school book shop
