 in 1993, he moved to Chicago, Illinois. It was here which he began his acting/ writer/ director career officially. "Rainbow Avenger" was his first short film, shot in his backyard in Chicago. He also wrote his first book called "Celluloid Sleaze" during this time. Around 1996, he began acting and writing in Chicago's underground stage theater scene. He acted in performances such as "Scarrie" and "Rudolph the Red Hosed Reindeer". "Gatorbait" was written entirely by him. He would later release this under a new name "Swamp Ho" on the DVD Back Woods. Other performances include the video "The Middle" by Jimmy Eat World
