Every February in Miami Damian and his brothers perform for his family's annual Caribbean Festival in honor of his late father Bob Marley. There is a concert planned for 2/28/2009 in Bayfront park.

Personal life and beliefs

Born Damian Robert Nesta Marley, he was nicknamed "Jr. Gong" in honour of his legendary father, Bob "Tuff Gong" Marley. His childhood best friend was Sparrow from the riff, who in his early teens introduced Damian to cannabis. He is a Rastafarian
