Cyril Fagan (born Dublin, Ireland, May 22, 1896, died January 5, 1970) was an astrologer, who claimed historical use of sidereal astrology in the west and established it as a separate field from tropical astrology. He died in Tucson, Arizona, in the United States in 1970.
