History

Crossroads Christian Church was founded in 1892 by nine members in Corona, California

. Led by Reverend Wright and Sister Iola, the church opened as "First Christian Church of South Riverside." In 1932, the church changed its name "1st Christian Church, Corona"; at the time, it had 100 members. The current name was put in place in 1980.

 with a congregation of more than 8,000 congregants. Crossroads Christian Church has been cited by the Christian media as being in the top five of all US churches for having the most baptisms in one year and the largest Easter Service attendance.

General

Crossroads Christian Church campus is situated on 38 acres (153,780.7 m²) with several different facilities. There are classrooms for Sunday school programs, a fellowship hall with a large kitchen, church offices, children's worship center, Londen Institute, chapel, and main worship center. Sunday services are at 8:00am, 9:45am, 11:30am, & 5:30pm with childcare for all children at all services. Translation for the hearing impaired is only available at the 11:00am service. In March 2010, Crossroads started an All-In campaign to focus on doing the street improvements that were promised to the City of Corona. In this campaign they plan on raising money to build several new buildings, remodel the current older buildings, a parking structure, a small lake for rain runoff, and a mini children's water park. Crossroads Christian Church has many different ministries available to attenders as well as online audio and video sermons, photos from events, disabilities, men's & women's bible studies, singles, youth, seniors, as well as a separate Spanish language

 ministry. One ministry, called MOM2MOM, is designed for mothers with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Online Campus

Crossroads Christian Church has now started doing an online Facebook

campus in which people from all over the world can participate in the Sunday sermons. The online services are at 7:55am, 9:40am, 11:25am, and 5:25pm (all times are Pacific). You can find the online campus on the home page of the church website.

Generate

Generate Life are services specifically targeted towards the younger generation (18-35 age group). Generate has live worship each week utilizing different worship leaders from around the community, followed by a sermon by Pastor Ronny Roa. Tony Wood has made a decision to start his own church in Irvine, CA. Generate has lots of community groups throughout the week such as Generate High and Generate Jr. High.

Third Place Cafe
