  • Dočasnik - after two Croatian words, do (by) and častan (honorable). The one who stands by the officer, the one who is subordinate to an officer.

  • Pozornik - after Croatian word pozor (attention). The one who fallows the order pozor.
  • Razvodnik - after Croatian verb razvoditi. The one who leads.
  • Skupnik - after Croatian noun skup (group). The one who leads the group.
  • Desetnik - after Croatian number deset (ten). The one who leads ten men.
  • Narednik - after Croatian noun naredba (order). The one who orders.
  • Nadnarednik - after two Croatian words, nad (above) and naredba (order). The one who is above narednik.
  • Stožerni narednik - after two Croatian words, stožer (headquarters, staff) and naredba (order). The one who is a narednik to serve in the army staff.
