was 6,871.4 per square mile (2,653.3/km²). There were 7,415 housing units at an average density of 2,324.2/sq mi (897.5/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 80.00% White, 3.00% African American, 0.19% Native American, 9.20% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 8.48% from other races
, and 3.13% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 10.00% of the population.
There were 5,654 households out of which 32.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.6% were married couples
living together, 12.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.9% were non-families. 19.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.03 and the average family size was 3.42.
