Since then, ClickTime has grown to serve over 1000 businesses in 55 countries, including both small companies and members of the Fortune 500 such as Hewlett Packard, Google, Ernst and Young, Citi, and Visa. In 2007, ClickTime logged its 100,000,000th hour.

Expenses can also be attributed to a particular project for summary reports of expenses by project. ClickTime also allows expense sheet approval and will generate reports by project, job, or person.

Timesheet Approvals

ClickTime offers timesheet approvals that automatically generate a secure audit trail. Timesheets can be edited by the manager before approval, and ClickTime can also prevent the submission of incomplete timesheets or automatically show employees who have not submitted a timesheet. ClickTime also has the option to automatically notify managers that timesheets are waiting for approval.

Report Builder

ClickTime offers 40+ preconfigured instant reports that support common needs to view time and expense data.
