The Method

Students are taught to learn the concept of how the body moves, responds and reacts in different situations, and to apply it to situations that require it, as a defensive technique used from a natural reaction will often be faster than a taught technique. Cheongye Kwan also includes repeated practice of learning and drilling tactical skills and techniques from a range of scenarios. The Cheongye Kwan is a system of Martial Arts training that involves methods used only in authentic Korean styles of training.
